Before purchase
EduPath plans provide digital admission guidance, reports, predictions, and related services. Review plan scope, exam track, price, and eligibility before payment. Admission outcomes are never guaranteed.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate payment for the same user and plan.
- Payment captured but the paid plan was not activated within 24 hours.
- A material paid feature remained unavailable for more than seven consecutive days and no reasonable alternative was provided.
- A refund required by applicable consumer law.
Normally non-refundable
- Change of mind after paid reports, predictions, recommendations, or counselling content was accessed.
- Incorrect information supplied by the user, missed admission deadlines, or official authority decisions.
- Dissatisfaction caused by an admission result differing from an estimate or recommendation.
- Temporary maintenance, third-party outages, or force-majeure events resolved within a reasonable period.
How to request
Email info@joinedupath.com within seven days of the charge. Include registered email, payment ID, order ID, plan, payment date, and reason. Do not send card, UPI PIN, OTP, or banking passwords.
Review and payment
Requests are reviewed within seven business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing may take an additional 5–10 business days. Duplicate or disputed amounts already reversed by a bank will not be refunded twice.
Cancellation and access
Approved full refunds may revoke access to the refunded plan and generated paid artifacts. Account deletion is a separate privacy request and does not itself create refund eligibility.
