By creating an EduPath account, the student and parent or guardian confirm the following:

I understand that EduPath is an AI-powered admission guidance platform that supports my CET, NEET, and CAP journey through predictions, recommendations, dummy form preparation, and real-time updates.

I understand that admission probabilities and college recommendations are intelligent estimates based on historical and live data, and that they are guidance, not guarantees of admission.

I understand that final allotment of seats is determined entirely by the official CET cell, NEET authority, and DTE, based on their published rules and procedures.

I understand that the dummy form prepared by EduPath is a reference document, and that the responsibility for verifying every detail and submitting the official form on the government portal lies with me.

I agree that my anonymised choice and admission data may be used to improve the AI Counsellor's accuracy for future students. No personally identifiable information will be shared.

I confirm that the information I provide to EduPath, including marks, category, and documents, is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that EduPath operates within the framework laid down by the CET cell, NEET authority, and DTE, and that any advanced features such as direct form submission will be activated only after appropriate approvals.
